My Story

With a strong passion for health and fitness, I attended San Diego State University to obtain my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and discover holistic solutions through exercise and nutritional sciences. Throughout college I furthered my educational experiences by working in physical therapy, chiropractic clinics, and commercial fitness. These experiences opened my eyes to the demand for holistic health and wellness, driven by positive implementation of proper exercise, nutritional, and emotional health. After graduating from San Diego State in 2022, I've made it my mission to motivate, encourage, and administer this mindset throughout not only my workplace, but the community around me. With a focus on understanding and addressing the roots of pathophysiology within the body, I aim to implement healing solutions for the body and mind holistically.

My Vision

My goal is to encourage and guide people to live in optimal physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health through a holistic approach. There are many aspects to your health, and while physical fitness is a great start, your life must be positively addressed in all aspects in order to thrive. My aim is to help diminish and eliminate physical pain, illness, stress, and anxiety through finding and addressing the underlying root causes within the body. From there, my goal is to realistically provide and implement positive, life-changing habits that allow your body and mind to restore its health from within, increase your self confidence, and find fulfillment.
